It was the Summer of 03, President Nixon ruled the freeworld w/ a velvet fist, the "Slop" dance craze spread without restraint through America's dancehalls, & the first tabby cat landed on Mars (much to a majority of the dog population's dismay)

I was enjoying some hardly earned R & R in a lovely Wilmington cottage.  Far removed from the Happenstance of Reality; I lived the Parts Boy Dream.

As poorly concieved as it was executed; the internetted Parts Boy Adventures amused both Brendan & Grant for nearly 3/4's of a week!

So yeah ya know, same as it ever was: MC Ben & I working on the cross word whilst respectfully perusing titties on the world wide web, and thus come Harris bragging about his amazing mystical powers! He was all jazzed up about metempsychosis (it's greek, from the greek) and claimed he knew how to reincarnate as anything he wished. (and went on to enthusiastically elucidate some of the many things he wished to become)

I naturally inquired re: the logical conclusion. "What if you didn't want to come back at all?" He studied me a minute (baring his bottom teefs, & flashing a hint of the crazy eyes) and told me in all seriousness that I wasn't old enough to know. Satisfied w/ what was an amusing enough answer, I let the matter rest...for awhile.
Curiosity as you might have noticed only & always GROWS, after a few months of what I figured was something not unlike maturing, I asked again.

He pointed to the ground. "see that?" He was pointing at a small stone, I picked it up. "this?" He smiled & cackled a bit. And the damndest fucking thing? I thought somehow I knew exactly what he meant.
